How pages are counted
One page is one page of a statement processed by the converter, whether it is a text PDF, a scanned page or a photo. A three-page statement uses three pages.
Pages are usage within your billing period. The allowance renews at the start of each new period, and unused pages do not roll over.
Deleting a converted file does not return the pages it used, because the work on those pages is already done.
Need more pages in a period? Move to the next plan from your account settings and the larger allowance applies right away.
Yearly billing saves 50 percent
Yearly billing is shown by default because it costs exactly half the monthly price on every plan. Starter drops from 49 to 24 USD a month, Professional from 149 to 74, Business from 499 to 249 and Business Plus from 999 to 499.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans cancel anytime from your account and stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year.
Payments are final. Refunds are made only for a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service. Read the full refund policy.
Upgrades take effect right away
When you move to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing, the price difference for the rest of the current period is charged immediately and the new plan starts as soon as that payment goes through. Moving to a lower plan takes effect without a refund to your card.
Is there a plan without a card?
There is no plan without payment. You can try the converter once with one statement on the homepage, no card needed, and see the balance check before you choose a plan.
Can I pay by invoice?
Invoice billing is available on yearly Business and Business Plus. Other plans are paid by card.
What happens if I run out of pages?
Conversions pause until the next billing period starts, or you upgrade and the larger allowance applies immediately after the difference is charged.
Do all plans include the balance check?
Yes. Every plan checks each statement against its opening and closing balance and flags any mismatch, including scans and photos.
Can I add seats to Starter?
Starter has 1 seat. For a team, Professional includes 3 seats and Business includes 15 seats with roles.
Which plan do I need for QuickBooks QBO files?
QBO, QIF, OFX and Xero exports start on Professional. Starter exports Excel and CSV, which QuickBooks Online can also import through its bank upload screen.
