DocuClipper plans and prices
These figures come from the DocuClipper pricing page, checked in October 2026, in USD with yearly billing. Monthly billing costs about 43 percent more, since the yearly rate carries a 30 percent discount.
| Plan | Per month, billed yearly | Per year | Pages per month | Users | API |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 20.30 USD | 243.60 USD | 60 | Unlimited | Yes |
| Business | 111.30 USD | 1,335.60 USD | 640 | Unlimited | Yes |
| Enterprise | 279.30 USD | 3,351.60 USD | 1,800 | Unlimited | Yes |
Larger Enterprise tiers exist for 3,000 and 5,000 pages, and bigger volumes go through sales. Every plan has a 14 day trial with no card, and DocuClipper says the trial covers up to 120 pages.
Two things stand out. Users are unlimited, which is useful for a firm with a lot of staff. And the allowance is counted in pages, so a 12 page credit card statement uses 12 of your pages.
Cost per page, side by side
Divide the yearly monthly rate by the page allowance and you get the real price of a page.
| Plan | Price per month, billed yearly | Pages | Cost per page |
|---|---|---|---|
| DocuClipper Starter | 20.30 USD | 60 | about 0.34 USD |
| DocuClipper Business | 111.30 USD | 640 | about 0.17 USD |
| DocuClipper Enterprise | 279.30 USD | 1,800 | about 0.16 USD |
| StatementsConverter Starter | 24 USD | 400 | about 0.06 USD |
| StatementsConverter Professional | 74 USD | 1,500 | about 0.05 USD |
| StatementsConverter Business | 249 USD | 5,000 | about 0.05 USD |
| StatementsConverter Business Plus | 499 USD | 12,000 | about 0.04 USD |
A cheaper page is not the whole story. DocuClipper also extracts invoices, receipts, checks and tax forms, and has direct integrations with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, NetSuite and Business Central. If you use those, you are paying for more than statement conversion.
What a busy firm would pay
This is a computed example with stated assumptions, not a customer result.
Assume a firm handles 40 clients with 3 statements a month each, at about 5 pages per statement. That is 600 pages a month.
- On DocuClipper that fits Business at 111.30 USD a month, with 40 pages to spare. Add a few more clients and you hit the limit and move up to Enterprise at 279.30 USD.
- On StatementsConverter the same 600 pages fit Professional at 74 USD a month, with 900 pages to spare.
At those prices the yearly gap for that volume is 1,335.60 USD against 888 USD. The gap widens as volume grows, because the cost per page stays flat on our side while the next DocuClipper tier is a jump.
What the price does not tell you
Compare these before you pick by price alone.
- **Scans and photos.** Both tools read scanned statements. We include scans and phone photos on every plan.
- **Balance proof.** StatementsConverter checks that opening balance plus credits minus debits equals the closing balance, and flags the rows that do not tie out. Ask any vendor to show how it proves a statement is complete.
- **Export formats.** XLSX and CSV come on every plan. QBO, QIF, OFX and Xero CSV start at Professional, and API access starts at Business.
- **Seats.** DocuClipper allows unlimited users on each plan. We include 1 seat on Starter, 3 on Professional and 15 on Business.
- **Document types.** If invoices and receipts share the queue, DocuClipper covers them. If you only process statements, you do not need to pay for that range.

When DocuClipper is the better buy
Stay with DocuClipper if your queue mixes invoices, receipts and statements, if you rely on its direct QuickBooks or NetSuite connections, or if you need unlimited users on a low plan. It is also a fair choice when your volume is under 60 pages and you want the cheapest entry price.
Switch to a dedicated statement converter if bank and card statements are most of what you process, if you want a predictable low cost per page as volume grows, or if you want QBO and Xero files with a balance check on every statement. Firms that then pass supplier bills on to the next step can capture supplier invoices into a payables workflow.
Questions about DocuClipper pricing
How much does DocuClipper cost
DocuClipper costs 20.30 USD a month billed yearly for 60 pages on Starter, 111.30 USD for 640 pages on Business and 279.30 USD for 1,800 pages on Enterprise. Monthly billing is higher, since the yearly rate includes a 30 percent discount. Larger page tiers and volumes are quoted by sales.
Does DocuClipper have a free trial
Yes. DocuClipper offers a 14 day trial with no credit card, and says the trial processes up to 120 pages. After the trial you pick a paid plan. StatementsConverter lets you convert a sample statement on the site, and the balance check shows whether the result ties out.
Is DocuClipper cheaper than StatementsConverter
Only at the smallest volume. DocuClipper Starter at 20.30 USD is under our 24 USD Starter, but it covers 60 pages against our 400. From a few hundred pages a month, cost per page is lower on StatementsConverter.
What happens when I go over my DocuClipper page limit
The pricing page does not state an overage price per page, so ask DocuClipper before you rely on one. The usual route is moving to the next plan. Plan your allowance on a busy month, not an average one.
What is the cheapest DocuClipper alternative for bank statements
A dedicated statement converter is usually the cheapest alternative at volume. StatementsConverter costs about 0.05 USD per page on Professional, 74 USD a month billed yearly for 1,500 pages, with scans, a balance check and QBO and Xero exports.
